About this Site
Augmented Reality in Education was a project undertaken by Karen E Hamilton as part of the Curriculum, Technology and Educational Reform (CTER) program at University of Illinois- Urbana. Karen is a professor and online coordinator in the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.
Originally the wiki was posted at http://wik.ed.uiuc.edu/index.php/Augmented_Reality_in_Education In June of 2012 the wiki at the original site disappeared. It has been recreated on Wikispaces at https://augmented-reality-in-education.wikispaces.com/ based on a version found on the WayBack Machine at archive.org. (Thank you Way Back Machine) Some new additions have been made to update the site, but it is a work in progress.
When wikispaces closed down in Ju;y 2018, it was recreated here.
