Personal Skills for Success in Online Learning
The first questions on the Ontario Learn Assessment ask whether you are a skilled reader at ease with written instructions and whether you are a self-directed learner with good time management and organizational skills. If you answered no to any of these questions, there is a lot you can do to improve your skills in these areas. Have you visited the Student Affairs department at your campus?

The Tutoring & Learning Centres (TLC) at George Brown provide tutors that can help you review and practice math and English skills. The TLC offers one-on-one sessions and small group sessions. To take advantage of the TLC, you will be asked to sign up and take an orientation session.
